The Thomas Gilcrease Museum in Tulsa, OK had a show of Harry Jackson sculptures from November 14, 1980 to January 14, 1981. The catalog has images of 46 different sculptures which includes the front cover image of “Indian Mother and Child, Painted”. It contains beautiful large images of the sculptures with each sculpture getting a full page. There are 6 color reproductions and 40 black and white reproductions.
There is an essay by Fred A. Myers, Director of the Thomas Gilcrease Institute of American History and Art. It was published by the Thomas Gilcrease Museum Association in 1980.
